We are a very entrepreneur - friendly company. We do not believe that we can manage the companies, this is the job of the entrepreneurs. They have the vision, the drive, the ability to do it. We only see our role as a facilitator, as a helper, as giving the companies the resources to succeed and contribute our abilities to the companies.
